Craig Marcus and Bill James purchased this 17,000 s.f. industrial property in 2004 and have been renovating ever since. The 3000 s..f. space in the front of the building has been transformed into a wonderful venue to showcase their furniture as well as various artists' 2-dimensional art on the walls. All of the space behind the gallery area is used as the shared woodshop where the gallery pieces are built by their respective companies.
